Mom Installs Camera, Can’t Stop Crying At Eye-Opening Footage
Onto Her
She put her children to bed, the camera rolling as she kissed them goodnight. She then made her way to her bedroom and waited. But nothing happened.
Why was nothing happening? Were the twins onto her scheme? What if this was all an elaborate prank? She didn’t know. But her heart raced even faster just because of the prospect of it all.
Single Mom
Alice decided to raise her two beautiful babies all on her own. Her goal was to give them the best lives they could possibly ask for. After a heartbreaking separation from her husband, Alice was left with no other option but to take on all the responsibilities that came with being a parent.
She thought she was ready for whatever parenthood would barrel her way, but she never could’ve prepared for what she caught her twins doing that night.
Fiery Romance
Alice met Mark as soon as she graduated from college. They were two peas in a pod and they had the fiery romance that Alice always dreamed about. But after having three children together, they sadly separated.
They decided to separate after several quarrels between the two of them. It was apparent that the end was lingering over them, but there was something they couldn’t deny.
They Loved Them
Although their relationship was falling apart, Alice and Mark loved their children dearly. Their love had given them three of the best kids anyone could ever ask for.
When they discussed the separation, Mark promised Alice that he would always stay in their children’s lives, and even if she didn’t like it, she knew she couldn’t deny him or them an opportunity to bond.
Moving Away
After the separation, Alice and her children moved to a new house in Oregon. She found a job as a personal assistant and she was excited. She could finally start a brand-new life! Together, the family packed up all of their belongings and began the move to Oregon.
They settled into a small town and they were delighted. But despite how smooth the move went, something that the children were doing behind her back would threaten to break her apart.
The Kids
Alice had two eight-year-old twins and a toddler. Kayla and Brian, the twins, were in middle school, while Jean was still too young to go to school.
Jean had been diagnosed with leukemia, which broke Alice at first, but now, it made her ever vigilant with her little angel. But she had no idea what the twins would do to Jean whenever she was away.
Every Day
Every day, Alice would take Kayla and Brian to school, then she would take Jean to the pediatrician and daycare, then make her way to work.
While at work, Kayla and Brian would return home in the afternoon. A daycare worker would bring Jean home, and the twins would watch him until their mom came home. But Alice had no idea what they were doing to him while she was at work.
Something Was Up
Alice knew something was up when she realized that the twins rarely left one another’s side. They rarely got along and they were always fighting about everything.
Alice knew that she should’ve been happy that they were getting along, but she was suspicious. They were always together, cooped up in their bedroom and whispering to one another well into the night. But when she realized that they had roped Jean into their activities, she installed a few cameras around the house.
Extra Tender
Alice loved her children equally, but because of his medical condition, she was extra tender when it came to Jean. It broke her heart seeing how often he would have to go to cancer therapy. She didn’t want him to face any more pain in life.
When she saw the twins sneaking around the house, whispering and giggling with one another, she was happy that they were finally bonding. But the noises from their room at night made her suspicious. What the cameras would reveal would wrench a cry from her.
Waiting
She put her children to bed, the camera rolling as she kissed them goodnight. She then made her way to her bedroom and waited. But nothing happened.
Why was nothing happening? Were the twins onto her scheme? What if this was all an elaborate prank? She didn’t know. But her heart raced even faster just because of the prospect of it all.
A Slow Night
The night went by slower than usual. Alice had been up for almost two hours now with nothing compelling happening. She decided to throw in the towel and got into bed.
But she hadn’t even pulled her covers over herself when she heard whispers from her kids’ room. She hurried to her laptop, ready to uncover what was happening.
Night Vision
The camera in the kid’s room was set to night vision, so Alice could see clearly, although the room was dim. In the darkness, she saw Kayla shake Brian awake. They conversed for a few seconds before easing over to Jean’s crib.
Alice’s brows drew close, she couldn’t hear what the twins were saying, and she felt like rushing out of bed to them. But then something happened that made her lips part.
Hand In Hand
Brain took Kayla’s hand and led her out of their room. Alice quickly switched the camera feed into the hall. The twins were going to the kitchen. Brain switched on the kitchen light, and the two disappeared.
But as Alice was rushing up to see what they were doing, Kayla came into the feed’s view. In her hand was one of Jean’s milk bottles. What were they doing?
The Milk Bottle
Brain came and took her hand before turning the light off. They went back to their room and gently shook Jean awake, giving him the bottle.
Alice couldn’t believe it. Her eyes grew wet, and her breath caught. She pushed her laptop aside, holding back her tears. But then something happened that made her speed out of bed to her kids’ room.
Not In A Million Years
Kayla and Brian made sure Jean finished his bottle. They each kissed his forehead and whispered that they loved him very much. Alice rushed out of her room, finding the twins over Jean’s crib. They jumped back, startled. But she hugged them before they could start speaking.
“My beautiful kids,” Alice said mid-tears. “What’s happening here?” “We’re helping with Jean,” Kayla said. “We usually get his milk before he starts crying and wakes you,” her brother added. “Are you mad at us, mom?” “Never,” Alice said. “Not in a million years.”
