I struggled with yo yo dieting for as long as I can remember. Each year I followed mainstream diet after diet to lose the same 20 – 50 lbs year after year. After my first pregnancy, I got back to the dreaded weight loss research since my scale hit 245 lbs. All of the health related problems that came along with rapid weight gain made life miserable.

It wasn’t until I defied regular diet wisdom that I was finally able to commit to weight loss, shed stubborn fat, and quit yo yo diets forever! Instead of following the common diet advice of “Move more, eat less,” I did the opposite and have experienced amazing weight loss results, or what I like to refer to as my ketosis before and after transformation story. I finally figured out how to maintain weight I lost without struggling through diets I hate.

Since finally writing my very own before and after keto diet success story, I’ve used my knowledge and weight loss transformation as weight loss motivation for others. Thus began my journey of writing keto diet books for women.

It’s become my passion to encourage others to write their own ketogenic weight loss success stories by defying common diet wisdom so they can find the same unbelievable weight loss success, endless energy, and optimal health I found by finally sorting through diet myths and facts.
