Sat here looking at all your posts and realised the I had photos from the Tshirt I was wearing and thought I would see what the difference was. Now they are no amazing bikini shots (in my scruffy lounge wear 😂) but I am pleased with my progress.

My beautiful friend brought me this T-shirt for my birthday and I was devastated when it didn’t fit. I took the first photos after losing 2 stone when it fit but was tight. The after photos are a further 2&half stone difference from the first photos!

It’s good to look back at how far you’ve come, whilst still focusing on where you want to get to 💪🏼
