This 18-week diet journal allows you to annotate your sleep schedule, mood, energy, meals, calories, workouts, and body dynamics. Body dynamics allow you to track your weight and the circumference of your neck, forearms, waist, thighs, and more. Why are measurements so important? Because if you’re eating healthy and working out (gaining muscle which fuels fat loss), you will eventually hit a point in your weight loss journey that the muscle you gain negates the fat you lose and the scale doesn’t accurately portray the progress you’re making. I also included a list of health-related topics for you to research on your own via the internet.
