M/27/5’9″ [202lbs > 188lbs = 14lbs] Normal weight was around 160. Then depression and binge eating disorder happened and I got myself to the mid 90kgs. Most progress you see happened in the last month with OMAD, Keto and dumbbells. Still a ways to go but need the dopamine hit
