F/30/5’5 [195 > 165 = 30] first time poster, long time lurker. 10 months of weight loss, 8 months of maintenance. I was feeling kind of down about my lack of progress lately and my stomach until I found this pic and saw the difference. Only 15 pounds from my goal and I gotta get motivated!
