M/24/5’9″ [176 lb > 155 lb] Left pic was after my first workout. I’ve reached the point where I don’t stress about “overeating” or missing a week. If I “get gains”, great; some days my abs disappear, and that’s okay too. The key difference is I finally feel in control of my body.
