M/29/5’11” [210 -> 170 = 40 lbs] 8 months | struggling with belly fat
Started November last year, been following Mike Matthews' advice in what comes to reps and weight (build strength mostly, focus on what you eat). I've seen good results and have most recently (last 2 months) been doing a carnivore diet, which in my case consists of 90% beef/chicken/eggs and the odd yogurt/protein shake in days where I have more trouble cooking.
I'm starting to struggle with losing belly fat, and I think I have an unrealistic expectation as to how my belly should start looking as I keep cutting. It seems to be getting to a point where it doesn't change much – any tips? Is this expected? How long should it take for me to have a ripped stomach?
