M/34/5’11 [145lbs>165lbs= 20lbs] (5 months) coming out of alcoholism and depression.
5 month 5 days a week strength training and light cardio. 25% BF-15% BF. Still got people calling me skinny/small but feeling proud of my progress in a short time especially mentally. Feel like a whole new person.
