M/34/5’11” [270lbs > 180lbs = 90lbs] Lost 16+ inches off my waist!
The biggest factors to my fitness (in my opinion) was:
1. NO PROCESSED SUGAR!
2. Keto(ish) Diet
3. 3days-1day-3days workouts (biceps/legs/chest-rest-Shoulders/back/triceps) I also incorporate and/or switch it up.
4. 1-5 mile walks 3-5 days a week.
