And I feel like I got them. I walked 5-7 miles per day for about 8 months. Ate basically nothing but grilled chicken, rice, and broccoli. Except for the weekends where I ate whatever I wanted. I feel great! I have achieved my goals. You can do it too. Just stay focused on what you want and stay dedicated. I believe in you!
