M/42/5’11” [270lbs > 215lbs] (6 Months)
I was an avid cyclist for years, at a “healthy” weight before getting up to 270. These days I fit a 34 pant for the first time since 2012 when I was at that healthy weight… but I feel a hell of a lot better now, 25lbs heavier than I ever was then because for the first time in my life, I’ve spread my focus across diet, weight training, and cardio (without going too crazy on any of those fronts – I still enjoy my life).
