Often times we get so obsessed with the weight loss results that we don’t enjoy the journey of getting fit, strong 💪food and workouts and it’s impact.
We must feel the aroma of food, it’s texture, color and taste before we feed ourselves. Food is life for us, we should respect it by eating mindful without any distractions like phone 📱 or talks.
Workouts has to be 3-5 days a week, each session should last 60min, off course beginners can begin with 20min. We have to be consistent with the varieties of workouts. Cardiovascular fitness, flexibility fitness, Yoga along with strength training. Each has its own benefits to give us lean body with perfect curves.

Never ever give shock to the body by losing 10kgs in a month or with FAD or crash diets.
We have to be progressive in giving load to our body in order to avoid any injury or imbalance in the body or any kind of side effects like Hair Fall, pigmentations, pale skin & unhealthy look.
