1. Line 16 cups of a mini muffin tin with liners.
2. In a food processor, combine all the ingredients and puree until smooth. Divide the mixture evenly among the cups. Freeze until set, 30 to 45 minutes. Store in the freezer, covered, for up to 1 month.
