Tips & Tricks for those who just started

We have thousands of beautiful testimonies about weight loss, mood improvement, stress relief, and SO much more, but we know that occasionally some people need a little troubleshooting help as they first begin using these amazing products.

These instances are rare, but here are some important tips that can help:

Use LESS – we alwaaaays recommend starting with a 1/3-1/2 scoop

DRINK water – at least 1/2 your weight number in oz is a good rule of thumb.
Example: 150lbs, drink at least 75oz

EAT something – The appetite suppression can be very real for some people! And so can feeling “hangry”! A little healthy snack can do wonders for nausea, feeling jittery, or even that afternoon slump

Take Xanthomax LATER – there are small number of individuals who find it can be a little too relaxing for use in the morning. They prefer it in the afternoon. And some people even prefer breaking up in the capsule and using only half at a time. Some call it their “chill pill”

SPLIT your DOSE – some people will use 1/2-3/4 scoop in the morning and then use another 1/4-1/2 in the early afternoon to help with any afternoon slump

SHAKE it – sometimes the good stuff separates so give your tub a shake before you scoop

Snap a PIC – take those before pictures! Take some measurements. Make sure you know where you started, so you can truly track your progress

Give it TIME – many people feel the results on the first day, others take longer. Give your body time to adjust and get balanced. It’s why we always really recommend a 30 day experience

PLAY with it – every body is different… What works for one person might not be the same for you. Play with the timing. Play with the amount. Play with the combinations.
