You should never feel guilty for eating ice cream.

I had an M&M cookie ice cream sandwich last night and I thought about the times where I didn’t eat anything fun at all.

That wasn’t a good time. 😅😩

You shouldn’t feel bad for eating any type of food, really.

This is something I used to struggle with A LOT.

Want to know how I got better with my food anxiety?

I changed my language with food.

Instead of saying “I can’t have that”

I now say “I can have that and be mindful of my portions”

If you feel guilty for eating ice cream or sugar or anything – just remember this.

Food is NOT just fuel.

Sometimes food can be fun.

Life is too short to not enjoy some ice cream.

And also – what’s amazing about learning about proper nutrition? – you’ll understand that there are no “good” or “bad” foods.

There are simply foods with more nutrients and foods with fewer nutrients.

Having some ice cream can totally be apart of a healthy lifestyle.

Anyone who tells you otherwise doesn’t know what they’re saying.

Being healthy and leading a fit lifestyle doesn’t mean banning certain foods.

It does mean making smarter choices and focusing on mostly nutritious foods.

It does mean taking the time to get better at controlling your portions.

Because I want you to have fitness be apart of your life, but I don’t want it to be your entire life.
