F/27/5’5” [176lbs > 151lbs = 25lbs] weighed my heaviest at 196lbs this past may, down 45lbs total in six months. regret not taking progress pics until losing 20lbs. progress thanks to cico, going off psych meds / BC & starting ozempic. some days i see a difference & some days i just don’t 🙃
