So, your getting ready to finally start that diet. You’ve contemplated it over in your head exactly how you want to look. You think about your friend sally, she’s on one of those fancy beach diets, but you want something different. You want lasting success!
You are looking for results, and you know it will take some hard work on your part. You’ve fallen for the hype before. You’ve fallen for the overnight miracle diets, and now you are ready to work.

-The most important aspect of any dieting program, in my eyes, needs to be the quality of the food. Now, when I say quality, I am looking at the big picture. After all, I’m not going on this diet for 6 months and then back to my old life. I am looking for a complete lifestyle change, that is the only way the results will be lasting.
I don’t want to eat rice cakes!
I want a variety of foods, I want to be able to eat my favorite foods. I want to be introduced to new foods. I want my diet to be a culinary adventure.
-I don’t want to be Arnold Schwarzenegger! I want an exercise program that is fun and challenging at the same time. Yeah, I know I will have to work hard to get results, but I also want to be realistic and use my time wisely.
Most of us don’t have extra hours a day to spend in the gym!
-I want my work outs to be targeted and effective. I want my exercises to motivate me, meaning, I want to look forward to my next work out. I want my program geared towards effectively burning fat.
I don’t want to be alone. I want to be able to have a shoulder to lean on. I want a support group that will always be there. When I’m against the wall and ready to throw in the towel, I want to know there is someone out there that understands. And if someone needs my help I will be there too.
