M/35/5’10 [196 > 170 = 26lb] (2 Years) – Honest Opinion and Opportunity to Improve
Oh and I’m vain. Horribly vain. Honestly working on myself over the last 2 years. Went through a fit of depression but have successfully kicked its ass. I am in better shape than I was in high school which I’m happy about. Still want to reach as high as I reasonably can with fitness and look the best I can.
- Looking for first impression of my body type? Would your first impression be that I go to the gym or am physically active?
- In your opinion, is this an attractive or desirable body type?
- What is my best area to improve? I focus a lot chest and shoulders… should I try to maximize those? I just can’t seem to build biceps to save my life.
- Do I need or should focus on abs for my physique or would improving shoulders and chest be good enough to be attractive shirtless?
It seems like a nice community so I’m not worried but I take everything as constructive and an opportunity to improve. Please be honest and give me advice. I am very grateful for any opinions.
