I started intermittent fasting and walking every day and am so surprised at how much I have lost. I never thought I could lose weight.

I’m so happy with how far I can walk without getting winded, and I’ve even started running. I feel so much healthier. I could even walk 5 minutes before without being tired and now I do 10k steps a day. I’ve had quite a few cheat days I won’t lie, but it’s been just gotten back to it.

I’m not sure what my aim is. Initially I wanted 130, but I’m not sure. Does anyone know how we can tell what our body type is? Will I lose my boobs and butt if I lose a lot more weight?
I have quite broad shoulders so I don’t want to look like a rectangle lol.

It’s funny but I’ve noticed that people think 200lbs is a lot more than it is. My friends and family keep trying to guess my weight, and when they say 200 I think ‘I wish’. I’m scared to tell anyone I started at 309 because I feel like they would judge me. Even now they congratulate me, but I don’t want them to find out I weight 250 and be like wow…she’s massive. If that makes sense.

Anyway, really happy with how things are going and happy I can still enjoy food I love.
