Losing Weight – Sick of Being Fat?

If you have a fat body then you have come to the right place. Well I am not saying that I am fat, but I do have a bit of tummy fat that doesn’t like to go away. I go to the gym a few times a week and try to eat healthy everyday but it just doesn’t want to go away.

A fat body is fat no matter how you look at it. People are sick and tired of trying diet after diet and starving themselves only to put the weight back on. Losing weight seems so hard without the right system. This is where I come to the rescue. Well if you are sick of not being able to lose weight then you should continue reading.

The reason why we are fat is largely because we have a slow metabolism and we are not getting enough exercise and we are eating unhealthy foods. If we manage to burn more calories than we eat then we will surely lose weight. The equation is quite simple. Eat something and measure the calories. If you can’t burn those calories off during day to day activities then don’t eat it. Well we can’t be counting calories everyday can we? We can if we want.

The best way to not count calories and still lose the kilograms is to use common sense. Obviously eating a whole chicken by yourself isn’t healthy. If you see oil oozing across food then you shouldn’t eat it. Resist in temptation. There is heaps of temptations out there in life and we need to control ourselves. Don’t think that you can’t resist, because you can. Get a friend to manage your weight loss progress and let her be accountable for you not achieving your goals.

We all know how to eat healthy and we should be cooking our own meals. We know which foods are healthy but we like to choose that fish and chips because it tastes better. Well a nice grilled chicken salad with light dressing can taste nice too. Eating a nice steamed fish with soya sauce can be extremely tasty. Well great tasting foods can be healthy. Get off your bum and learn to cook for yourself. Eating healthy is the best way to start losing weight.

Doing exercise regularly and eating well is a sure fire way to losing weight. Don’t give up your efforts to weight loss. It can be done and you should never give up. Remember that to lose weight we must try.
