I’m 5’4”, I started out with gaining over a hundred pounds while pregnant with my son. I held onto that weight for many years. I suffered from high blood pressure, reflux, fibromyalgia and many other things. In the last two years my husband and I have been on a mission to change everything. I started with counting calories and looking at my TDEE. I slowly incorporated body weight workouts and cardio. Now my exercise of choice is running while pushing my children in a stroller, pull ups and elliptical/biking. I still track my calories, but only to maintain and build muscle at this point. I hope this can motivate some who are struggling.
