M/31/5’9 [268 lbs -> 205 lbs] Getting after it and stickning to the plan

How long did this take? – Started Jan 29th 2023

What have I done? – 1 hour walk every day, strict diet, gym 4-5 times per week for 4 months. After that I started adding calories to not burn out, hit a wall weight wise but grew in muscle.

Goal: 187 lbs in the end of the year
